Grand House is a new concept that offers a flexible Co-Living community built for entrepreneurs, creatives and artists. As a member, you get access to all of our amenities including our content studio and private office spaces.
As Co-Living members, you enjoy fully furnished private rooms, high speed internet, creative lounges and more. Utilities, cleaning and facilities access are bundled into one simple membership rate - no hassle.
You can also become a member without living here and still gain access to our amenities that include flex desks, access to our podcast room and photography studio. For $100 a month, we offer you 24/7 unlimited access for you and a guest to get your work done.

Pakistani immigrant-owned and built from the ground up. Grand Tobacco Hub is the newest business inside Grand House and represents exactly what we want the building to be about: independent owners creating something for themselves.
Headliners Barbershop
Mexican-owned by Keke Vasquez. Keke started barbering around age 20 and built Headliners into multiple Chicago locations, including Uptown and Lakeview. Grand Avenue is the newest location.
These businesses are part of Grand House, not just neighbors.
